I am a Co-Active trained and certified CPCC coach. The Co-Active training model is built on the foundation that every person is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole and can be used to design and execute a personalized plan for each client.

My background also includes psychology and interior design. I grew up developing a love for travel and an appreciation for other cultures. I’m a proud San Franciscan with roots in Chicago. I’m happiest when I’m exploring San Francisco or visiting with family in India - in both cases on the hunt for delicious snacks along the way.
