Personal Coaching

My goal is to help my clients shift their thoughts and actions and hold themselves accountable to lasting change.

Sales Executive

Client: Experienced career change sales executive looking to gain leadership skills.

Process: The program began with an exploration into their definition of leadership and success, specific outcomes and avenues of change and then strategic brainstorming to create a manageable plan of action.

Results: Within the 3-month program this client showed remarkable dedication, accountability and courage in working outside their comfort zone. At the conclusion of this program, they had learned and developed a number of new skills and habits to help with things like long and short term scheduling and creating frameworks which directly impacted productivity, sales and leadership roles.

“I've got new focus and actionable steps. I feel like I've got lots to work on based on the framework we set up.  If I follow through the way I've been able to in our sessions, I'll be leveling up my skills and attitude for a while. I have lots to learn by doing.” - J, Sales Executive

Artist/Business Owner

Client: Highly creative visual artist looking to efficiently turn their passion into profit.

Process: Together we dove into what was holding them back. It became clear that time management and scheduling was a key factor.

Results: Together we established some methods for setting priorities and determining where the focus should be. These were simple, actionable steps that set up habits for better time management in the long run.

“Kathryn was very action oriented which was just what I needed since I came to her knowing where I needed coaching. She helped me set up some weekly habits that have helped clear my time for bigger picture things.” - N, Artist/Business Owner

Interior Designer/Business Owner

Client: Creative Interior Designer with big vision for their new business looking to establish best practices and to create a more formal and purposeful approach to onboarding new clients.

Process: Together we established what tools they needed to feel organized and in control of their day-to-day. We worked on creating documents and organizational systems so that each client receives the same treatment.

Results: A fully functioning client intake system which provides continuity amongst clients but also helps with productivity and time management, not having to recreate the same emails and conversations each time. They also came away with a clear direction on the type of client they want to attract in order to build their business.

“Working with Kathryn is a wonderful experience. As an interior designer juggling a young family and growing business, Kathryn has been critical in keeping me focused and organized. When we started our first coaching package, I had a lot of ideas about how I wanted to develop my business but no tangible actions - it was overwhelming. Kathryn helped me talk through my ideas and pinpoint the most impactful piece for my business at this stage - a thoughtful client intake process. The rest of our sessions were focused on creating content and actionable steps for me to complete the material. She kept me on track despite some major bumps in my personal life and at the end, I had a full client intake process, with associated documents, complete. I am looking forward to what we tackle next!” - A, Interior Designer/Business Owner

Father of 2

Client: Father of 2 who completed a cross country move needed help with the overwhelming task of settling their young family and dealing with all the responsibilities of being a new home owner.

Process: Together we established what the end goals were and then settled on a long term project plan. We then broke it down into short term manageable goals and tasks. They appreciated my check-ins every few days to hold them accountable and keep them on task while also learning to practice the grace it takes when “life” happens and they have to regroup and reset.

Results: At the end of 3 months, they had settled into their home and completed the new house projects that had to be tackled while still taking time for themselves and applying to a masters program in the midst of everything.

“When I came to Kathryn, I was feeling very overwhelmed at what lay ahead. She helped me to practice taking small tasks out of my seemingly endless to do list after moving across the country. Her frequent check-ins really helped me stay on task and kept me feeling sane. After working with her I had established some new practices to help keep me on track each week and had accomplished most of the big moving projects that I had on my list..” - M, Father of 2
